Welcome to CrossingLives.com. Crossing Lives is a creative writing joint project run by Sun Yat-sen university in Guangzhou, China, and De Montfort University in Leicester, UK.
With Crossing Lives we aim to bring students together by working both online and face-to-face, exploring creative writing as a discipline that thrives on multiple crossings - between cultures, languages and ideas.
We are delighted to say that CrossingLives.com has now launched, and our student participants from both institutions have now signed up. We are looking forward to exploring the quality writing that comes from the project. In the future we hope to extend this not only to face-to-face collaboration between students from both institutions, but also to a project to publish student work.
